I usually check prices before buying and been shopping for lenses for 20+ years.
Lens.com is my to-go company but after finding a shady "processing fee of almost $100 at the end of the order, I decided to shop around.
Come up to ContactLens King. Good reviews here at Trustpilot. Check. Went to make purchase and THE SAME PROCESSING FEE was at the end.
It makes us all feel cheated as we shop for the lower price over the internet.
I refused to buy while companies are making this scheme.
In fact, research higher "price per item" in other sites that don't use these processing fees and got an overall better deal.
Shame on you all to make our purchasing process so much more cumbersome.
VERY disappointed.
This company added a $47 processing fee to an order of $79.96. This is an unethical markup! There response, when asked, was that other companies add a processing fee so we decided to do it too.

Scam. Don't purchase from Contact Lens King. Its a scam. I paid for contact lenses and never got them. I tried to call customer service several times and was not able to speak with any one. Ever. So, I emailed them, but never got a response. They took my money but I never did get the lenses and could never speak to anyone about it.
I've had a great experience w/ this US based company. Competitive pricing & a streamlined online ordering process. The last order I placed in the afternoon (on a Thursday PM) & I had received my shipping confirmation the next morning (Friday PM).

Process to order contacts online is very smooth and efficient. Love the fact they keep your Rx saved for 1 year.
I received my order quickly. The cost was half what my eye doctor wanted. It was so easy to order exactly what I wanted.
Customer service is friendly and efficient. I just wish that the contacts weren’t so expensive ????

Price. I wish I had checked product review sites because they have excellent reviews overall. The one I chose first had a very slightly lower price but the experience was horrible and I had to cancel my order. Their overall reviews reflect this kind of service.
